Contacting a regional office

There are several reasons for contacting a Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development regional office. You may be required to file written notices and reports to the office or send requests to a ministry director. You can either do this online (if online service is available) or by mailing the paperwork to the local office.

Notice of project assistance for constructors

If you are a constructor and need help completing a Notice of Project (NOP) form or need to amend information on an NOP you’ve already submitted, call the local office closest to the project and ask to speak to someone from the Construction Health and Safety Program.
