I went up the line, got to Kelso County Court, which looked it up and directed me to Lewis County District Court (live person, because their website demanded that I put in the amount owed), who stated that it was a ticket from 2023 and had already gone to a collection agency. Got a hold of the collection agency and was told I owe $445.63. BTW, that King County ticket site told me to go to the county that issued the ticket.
